Hello. Question: I'm shooting a Black Widow KB, 45# at 29". My draw length is 30". Should I go with 400 spine if I shoot a 125gr head? I did look at their spine selector and this is what they said, I just wanted to check with you all

I shot the 400's with a widow pch [email protected]. 125 point.
