Title: Bamboo backed Osage ELB
Post by: Mo_coon-catcher on August 26, 2025, 07:49:02 PM
Here's a little bamboo backed Osage English longbow. Pulled 35# at 28" and is 70" nock to nock. About 7/8" wide at the handle down to 3/8" at the base of the Purple Heart tips. Turned into a decent little shooter.

You always make such nice bows, Kyle. Like your others the bend is perfect.

Excellent work, reminds me of a J.D. Jones bow.  Which I consider to be a very good compliment.

Kyle looks like you've been busy. Very nice workmanship. Classic ELB look and tiller. Kudos my friend.

Pretty cool, Kyle. I love that handle wrap you did.
