The problem with the way the forum themes and smiley images were missing was due to this new system having embedded support links pointing to a test forum site that was removed.

The fix took about 25 seconds.  Finding the problem source took a few hours, sorry!  :notworthy:  :help:   :o  :saywhat:  :campfire:
