Pine, look under your emoji...
Not there for me either Terry. I assume it's something in my settings but I haven't had time to look at them yet.
Jameson, you might try changing to the Curve 3 Theme and see what happens. You can always switch back to the default Curve 2.
I'm on Curve 3 and don't see it.

Hmmm....
:dunno: nope :dunno:
Well, it must be your browser settings.
Just switched to curve 3, not seeing it either. I'm on a laptop if it matters.
I've got my theme set to Curve 3, double checked all of the other settings, looked at both my desktop, laptop and my phone, tried using both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome and still no "like" button. Might be something I missed in my account settings, but I think I looked at it all. Not complaining, just hoping to provide some feedback. With or without the "like" button, I still like the looks of this new board.
Should be fixed for all now ....

All good here, now. Thanks, Wildcat Sue :notworthy:
I don't have it either.
I see it now. Thanks.
I've got it now, thank you!

I always love seeing the reminder that the nick-name I gave her stuck. :jumper: :jumper: :jumper:

Y yo, porque no?
Figured out I would not see a like button on posts I made. Sometimes it takes a minute!
I like the "You are watching this topic" eyeglasses feature in the subject. Overall this is a nice upgrade; simple enough to stay familiar. Not overboard to the point you have to learn a whole new platform (like where I used to work before retirement :banghead: ).

Can you elaborate a bit? I think I'm missing something here... Thx

See the eyeglasses icon ....
Am I the only one that still doesn't have a 'like' feature? I've switch to the alternate formate (3) but still have no like button.
Mine also doesn't have the total likes tabulated as in the past. It's not a big deal but just thought I would ask.

You don't see any "Like" buttons on anyone's posts? That would be a problem.
Or, do you see a "Like" button on everyone's post but yours? That is not an error, that's normal, you can't like yer own post.
This SMF 2.1.4 release doesn't aggregate "like" totals per member.
Stringwacker, I just *liked* you last post.
Ahhh..I see now how it works.
I was thinking the "like" on each post was given by another poster....rather than something to click on if you like the post.
Terry, I returned the like!
Thanks!
Didn't there used to be a like counter?
:campfire: :coffee: :archer2: :campfire:
Wud, heck if I know. I don't even do facebook so I'm not read sure about 'likes' as it is. :biglaugh:

Wudstix,
I think after my last post regarding the misunderstanding of the 'like' feature and how to use it; my personal status as a computer neanderthal is well established. :knothead:
But I "think" Rob was saying that this version of softwear doesn't keep count of how many likes per member as the old version did.
