 A good friend that made a bunch of metal stuff for me and won’t take anything for it is gonna get this one . Had a grip he likes so trying this on my normal D/R form

I'm curious to see how this turns out. Is that gap on the front of the grip area?

Yep at lower part of hand so it’s slimmer there.

Totally intentional but may never do it again lol

First I thought you had lost your lighter or something. One time we glued a pack of tobacco under vinyl flooring,was in a hurry,had  to rip it off  :banghead:

Looks kinda funky to me.... But i'm sure it will look better once the grip is shaped...

 I think i'd rather shape the back of the riser sanding through the glass, then do overlays. I doubt there would be a strength difference.

I'd bet you don't do that one again... :biglaugh: :biglaugh:

I wonder if you could stuff some silicone rubber from an oven mitt or something under something like that too give it a bit of pressure from the other side

Kenny this reminds me of that hill form you built for that guy that wanted two different backsets on upper and lower limb. Just sayin:)
