Fixed the gap, it’s glued up and in the oven. Prayers welcome :pray:

Well….. just realized I put the back glass down on the plastic wrap without any tape on it, so I image it’ll be an interesting pattern when I take it out.

I haven’t used masking tape on my glass for 15 years… no worries.  Kirk

You might be ok on that.  Depends on how much glue you used.  I always tape cause I always use more glue than needed.   Maybe If I had Kirk's production level I'd ave enough hands on to get away with it.  Know I'm never going to get to that point.

No production level here at all...I'm a one man show..... If you just take a moment to wipe the glass clean with Lacquer thinner before wrapping it in plastic it comes out fine. i have learned not to use heavy plastic though... the heavier plastic can leave slight wrinkle lines in the glass if it isn't perfectly flat.  the perfect stuff is 3 mill painters plastic, and don't wrap the damn thing up like a burrito... just make one fold over the top, put it in your form, then take the extra plastic and wrap it back over your pressure strip.  You rarely get a drop of epoxy on your forms like that using the 3 mill stuff..

Now if you are using the 1 mill stuff like sandwich wrap, that stuff will rupture easier and make a mess. But its still much better than using masking tape and cooking it on your limbs.

It all worked out, great glue lines, got it roughly shaped and nocks cut
