Has anyone here ever spine test these shafts?
I know what the deflections are, but am curious as to how many #s these shaft spine at.
Thanks, Mike :campfire:
I'm curious too.

The conversion formula I was told to use resulted in these spine weights. I will check them tonight with my spine tester.
90s = 59.43#
150s = 64.68#
250s = 84.45#
350s = 98.43#
Seems right to me.
Those spines are based on 14" centers though. If ya use 13" centers they will be quite a bit higher. I believe in the mid 70# range for the 150s. Shawn
Note the big jump in spine between the 150s and the 250s. I wish the 250s were closer to .400 like the Terminator 45-60s....
The 90s seam to work well in 45 – 50# Hill style longbows. The 150 shoot well out of my 45 - 50 # recurves and the 250 out of my high performance 50 # recurves......stabow
Well the formula wasn't quite accurate...the spine-o-meter says the 150s are 68# and the 250s are 85#.
My 150's spine at 64# on my Adams spine tester
On my spintester I come up basically with the same
150's 67#
250's 89#
Out of my 55# Palmer I shoot 28 inch 150's with 125 grains and 250's with 200grain points.
