I just use a snap disc off hebay and a dusk to dawn control that has a 2-8 hour setting. And 200 watt bulbs for heat

I use the same one as Stagmitis, and it works great. You can hold the temp to 1 degree of where you want it. I've checked the snap disc controllers with a heat gun and they're trash. They vary degrees by a wide margin and aren't accurate at all. I step my heat up over the course of the curing process as recommended by smooth-on.

:dunno: we may be overthinking this heat thing. Smooth on will cure at room temp. In 24 hours. I rarely get mine over 130 and for the reason heat makes it cure quicker. They say heat after cured will make them more resistant to heat failure. My thoughts are if you are concerned about a heat delam then unstring and put it in the shade.
