Title: Another Carbon Question
Post by: Bob Foster on May 19, 2008, 06:40:00 PM
I have been shooting Carbonwood V-MAXX 3000's with my Super Shrew 58", 60#@28" and they are getting hard to come by.
I'm looking for a placement carbon arrow. What would be a good equivalent replacement?

Back to the top, somebody on you should build into this better than me.  I shoot lower poundage bows, my first guess would be something in the 400 range, like the axis 400, but I know there's plenty of talented people on here to gave you a better idea.

There are several carbons that will work for you. Carbon Express Heritage 150 or 250's. Gold Tip traditional 3555 or 5575's as well. If you like a lot of weight up front then the 250 and 5575 at 29 1/2 with 175 up front will work well.
