I have been wanting a metal riser bow for awhile. A couple of guys in my bow club suggested the DAS Dalla. I like the idea of all the adjustments and they seem to get good reviews . I would love to hear some feed back from you guys that have one or have shot one.

I shot a few of them at the 3 Rivers booth at the Tennessee Classic last year. I was very impressed, and bought one of the DAS risers afterwards. Nowadays, you can order your DAS riser with either the DAS limb fitting or the ILF limb fitting. I got mine with the ILF limb fitting, because I am prone to switching limbs from time to time. Evidently, the DAS limb fitting is a little quieter, but the DAS riser with ILF fittings is quieter than any other ILF riser/limbs that I have, so I can't complain. Right now, the DAS riser with Uukha limbs is my favorite bow.

I own 3 DAS risers, 17", 19" and the 21" DAS HT21. I have a lot of custom bows but my favorite bow is the DAS riser with Uukha sx50 which is the same as Gobi's but it is their target limb. I have the ILF fitting on mine and they are very quiet. Really a quality riser and I shoot off the shelf and I really like the "small hump" where I just use a small piece of velcro. I have had several ILF risers and the DAS is my favorite.

I have 4 DAS 17" risers, two with Uukha sx50 and 2 with longbow limbs. All with DAS connection, tried ilf attachment, to noisy. An extremely well enginered bow. Next for me is to try the 15 inch (for longbow) and 19 inch ( for recurve) das risers. Highly recommended.

Katman, I don't know why but the 19" and 21" HT21 ILF are quieter for me than the 17". I got the 17" pretty quiet but the 19 and 21 are super quiet without almost any effort. The 19 and 21 are different with more mass weight and have the added weight inserted so maybe that is why.

I don't think you could go wrong with a DAS. They are very well made and make a great bow for hunting. The DAS connection makes for a really quiet bow. The adjustability allows you to tune the bow in whatever way is needed.

I picked up an HT21 this spring, put Nika N3 longs on it. I've never shot so well, and have killed two does this season with it.

Man, those look gorgeous. But how do you shoot them...the sight window is on the wrong side. :cheesy:

I own a 15" riser and long longbow limbs all from 3 rivers. And it's my go to bow.
It replaced my custom bow, my factory bows and my Satori with the Uuhka limbs.
I very much recommend them.

TooManyHobbies.....When the HT21 came out I said I would never buy one because of the looks. After a few reviews from some guys I trust I decided to buy one anyway. Man I am glad I did because that riser with some medium Uukha sx50 is my favorite bow. Some people don't like heavy bows but I love heavy bows. I shoot that riser more accurate than any bow I have owned. It is just so well balanced and so forgiving. I normally shoot longs with my other risers but with that longer riser those mediums at my 29.25" draw is so smooth.

Azhunter, I had never even heard of a DAS before. I was with a customer that had skunks, and the topic of bow hunting came up. He's an old guy that should be an instructor, and had five bows that he let me shoot. One was a DAS ht21. Due to the cost,, I was hesitant to just drop a grand on a new bow, so he set me up with an Optimus riser and uuhka limbs at 66". Two weeks later he had found the used ht21, so I bought that too, planning on using it for 3d/hunting. I've added a third deer to it this season.
My Bear Super Kodiak is now hanging on my wall, too short for my draw (even though I've killed 7 deer with it). My longbow, which I really like is overweight at 62lbs. The DAS is 34lbs (40 @ my draw). I think it zips arrows faster than my LB. And very accurate with carbons. My customer also taught me 3 under/deep hook instead of split/fingertips, with tab instead of a glove. I've changed my whole approach to archery.
And the Optimus shoots good too, but I need to do some fine tuning with it.

They’re nice risers, limbs seem fine, too. I’ve had a couple of them one with DAS limbs and one with w&w. I would love to try out the tribute as shown above. You can buy new from 3R and customize to what you want but there are almost always some for sale used in various setups and usually 1/4 to 1/2 the cost sometimes cheaper if you’re lucky. The used ones typically are higher or lower due to quality of limbs they’re including.
