Well I finally got a new EDC and hunting partner. CIVVI Voltaic! Kershaw Knockout for reference. KB has cleaned a few hogs, I'm sure the CIVVI will too. Am real surprised at the quality for the price. Pleased for sure.
Like the Kershaw brand and Knockout in particular. The Micarta scales on the CIVVI are great and the blade comes out so smoothly.

:clapper:
I'll have to carry them both!!!

There is nothing wrong with a good USA made Kershaw, or a CIVVI. They are both great blades and I'm proud to carry them both.

It is a shame that CIVIVI is not American made, but the quality is there.

Have a Benchmade Bugout and CIVIVI Praxcis headed this way.

Bought a Benchmade, when the Droptine was first introduced, awesome knife. Your's are great, too.
Benchmade is hard to beat. Bugout is a super hiking knife at 1.9 oz. CIVIVI Praxis is a really nice blade, Kershaw Knockout for reference. I know the Kershaw undresses pigs in a hurry, I'm confident the Praxis will, too. Have a pair of Benchmade Mountain Hunter knives that make a super skinning set.

I stand corrected, the Kershaw knife is a "Knockout". Chalk it up to many years and beers.

My replacement Benchmade Bugout showed up today. All is good with the world.

Can't wait to get my Praxis working on meat.

This is the three amigos. Waiting to get bloody!!!
All three of the Amigos have worked out wonderfully as EDC knives. Still itching for blood work though.
:campfire: :coffee: :archer2: :campfire:
The Praxis sure goes through stuff. Still no blood.
:campfire: :coffee: :archer2: :campfire:
Won the knife from Pete McMiller Forum 3 in the St Jude's auction. Knife and sheath are awesome. Knife blade is stout. Man is it a brute!!!

Really need to get some hog blood on this thing, but the 105 degree isn't helping much.
