I usually do not promote or recommend many things but I can't help but highly recommend Pirateship.com for printing the shipping labels when you send your bows or any other item for that matter.
I bought a recently shipped my swap bow which was a 3-piece through UPS at 1/3 the rate I've paid USPS in the past and I just received a one piece recurve that I bought off a guy that shipped through their label service for $30
The way I understand it is they sell you a shipping label through their commercial/high volume account.
You can even purchase the shipping label and email it to a sender of something you purchased as long as you have the details for size and weight of the package.
Worth a look.

Anything to lower the cost is good.

I've bought and sold bows for years, sell a ton on Etsy, and ship a lot around Christmas. Pirate ship has been fantastic. I try to tell people about it and they're sketched out by it, but holy crap its awesome. Arrows generally run $11 for me to most of the USA whereas they were $30 or so after the USPS rate hike a year ago. Now that I'm selling bows, I'm happy to know about it. Great stuff.

I've used Pirate Ship for years...always been great. You can also link them to *bay sales and print your *bay shipping label through them for far less. You can also print UPS labels through them and just drop it off at the UPS or Pack Mail stores.

Shippo.com is good too, you pay for the label and print it.

I started using Pirateship when Jon mentioned it here. Also used Shippo once. Rates are identical and the online process the same. Either one is a good option IMO.
