Having trouble sourcing bulbs locally for a heat box. Someone gave me 2 ovens from their old bowbuilding days, and of the 8 200w bulbs 3 work. Pretty obviously not many folks sell 200w or 150w incandescent bulbs these days, all of them are led equivalent. My local stores do carry 150w heat lamp bulbs.
Is there an issue using heat lamp bulbs here? My temp controller would cut the oven at whatever temp I set, but the m nervous of the direct heat from them onto the form. I’ve never used a heat lamp bulb before. Would there be any other available alternative recommended?

8 bulbs is twice what you need and 150 watt is plenty. JF

Here are 150w incandescent bulbs
I'm guessing they are what we need in ovens?

Stagmitis, that’s what I’m thinking, because they sell those local to me. Just wondering if it would emit too much direct heat toward the form

I wouldnt think so because theyre nowhere as tall as regular heat lamps and the ceramic heats up and radiates heat all around the head. Also the remarks say they last ALOT longer than incandescents.
Just finished a new heat box and the rigid foil backed insulation combined with the foam door seal on the edges was a gamechanger-
