A while back I had contacted a maker of a 1 piece R/D longbow that was made with dymondwood.
The bow was either $599 or $699 I believe, could have been more.
May have only been 1 length offered as well, maybe 58"?
I cannot remember the bow or maker now.
Any ideas as to what I am unable to think of?

based on price does McBroom sound familiar?
-
No it doesn't.
Seems like the guys name may have been Jason, could be wrong there. He offers nothing but dymond wood risers, no other options and maybe only 1 length option too.
-
Jason Kendall?
-
Maybe. What does he call his company?
-
I believe it's JK Traditions...
-
Jason Kendall?
Yep, that's him.
Actually had a brief moment where I remembered Kanati bows then it went away as soon as I started to search.

Ted I shoot a Beman CenterShot 600 cut to 30" a 75 gr. Brass insert and a 200 gr. Head it comes out to about 480 grains total. Shot Snuffers with a lighter arrow (not good) went to the heavy arrow and 2 blade Deltas, all pass-thru on good shots. Grizzly pass-thru but not the best blood. Thinking of trying VPA 3 blade this year. FOC is about 23 percent, shots are average 10-15 yds. Max 20. I draw 28"

FWIW , my bro shot 2 pretty good bucks with a 42#@ 28" -- 54" kids bow proto I made last year. First buck was from ground at maybe 8 yards quartering away, arrow fell out other side. Second buck was at 10 from a tree stand, arrow stuck in dirt .
The arrow was a GT trad, think it weighed almost 500 with a 200 grain VPA 3 blade up front.
He loves the bow, I didn't like the profile. He was up and shot it, loved it. So I told him to take it home and finish it and shoot something with it. He did... LOL

Good information for light draw guys wanting a carbon arrow.
