I have a Checkmate bow and am looking for the lightest 4 arrow quiver for it. Looking at the Great Northern , or Eagle Flight. Checkmate bow bows have limbs that fit into the riser. Thanks for all suggestions

It's hard to beat the Eagles Flight quivers. I bought the 4 arrow Apache and really like it. It's small, lightweight, fits all my bows perfectly, and looks great. The hood is deep enough to hold 3 inch Tuffheads. I also bought a separate 4 arrow gripper for when I want to carry judos and blunts for small game, birds and stomping. Very versatile.
I used to use a Great Northern strap model, but after using the Eagles Flight I converted the GN to a Asbell style side quiver and never looked back.

Big Jim quivers are very light weight, as are most other traditional quivers.

The only quiver bow quiver I’ve ever used is the eagle flight mini max. I had avoided bow quivers for the weight that they added to the bow. However I decided around Christmas to get the eagles flight. I absolutely love it. 4 arrows in in a (if I remember correctly) 5 ounce quiver. I’m not going to say it’s like having nothing on there, but I actually like the small amount of weight it added to my longbow for the added stability.
