Title: Nock ID please

Got a dozen of these arrows for my 35# Super Griz and I have blown a nock.
I don't have any of these to replace and was hoping someone here could identify them so I could order more.
There's an indexing tab on one side and I don't want to replace with what I have because of string fit.
