I'm looking for the same thread/size combo as binghams inserts as I have some limb bolts that fit them. I was wondering if they are commercially produced for other applications.

I need that information as well. How about the index pins too? Home Depot and Lowes do not carry what we need, unfortunately.

Guys, I don't know for sure because I've never shopped those pieces. But almost certainly the major tool suppliers like J&L industrial or MSC will have the dowel pins and threaded inserts..
Google them and have a look..

Fastenal has the dowel pins, but not the threaded inserts.

McMaster-Carr has anything and everything you can think of in stock somewhere and here in Atlant if you order in the morning you get it in the afternoon.  I'm would think that they have a web presence
