Be careful this new variant is contagious & deadly. Vaccines are optional But Tetanus is recommended :biglaugh: This is a Turkey bone variant different from my Turkey leg bone handles of the femur...this being a Turkey wing bone handle of the humerus. OAL 7 1/4" with a 3 1/4 forged blade from an old file...tippit

I really like the feel in the hand of these Turkey bone handled knives. Top is the turkey femur bone handle with the turkey humerus bone handle below...tippit

Very Nice. My daughter and I made one like that with a small deer antler years ago. Still one of my favorite knives. Think of her every time I use it. That knife is awesome.

That is a great project with your daughter. My son and I have done a few together. I remember him coming home from school saying...I'd like to learn to shoot a bow and forge a knife. You could have nock me over with a feather.
