Yes sir they are.  I'm fixin ta order a set of limbs for one of my risers.

I had one made by Brian years ago and it shot like a dream. I ordered a new one from Michael shortly after he took over and I can assure you there are no changes in quality or shootability. Wouldn’t hesitate to order another one

Michael is great to work with and does fantastic work.   The communication throughout the process is outstanding
