I am looking for a good and reliable wood arrow maker. I ordered a couple months ago from a person and now they have gone dark. So no arrows and trying for a credit from him but doubt he will reply as he doesn't reply to requests for my order. So probably going to work on getting it through filing a claim.
Anyhoo.......would like to know a couple makers that I can trust and make nice arrows. Thanks!

Wapiti Archery POC https://wapitiarcherypoc.com/product-category/arrows/ sells everything from unfinished shafts to finished arrows. They are great people to deal with, and have always been very dependable, if you don't mind having to wait sometimes when they get a little too busy.
You may want to consider buying their finished shafts rather than arrows. For me, finishing the shafts has always been the messy part I would just as soon avoid. Cresting, mounting the feathers, points, and nocks is just fun, as far as I am concerned.

I also would prefer finished arrows. So that is where I am going with it as making them is time I rarely have.

Paul Jalon of Elite arrows.

Raptor Archery
The Footed Shaft
Lost Nation

I shoot wood arrows only now. I have purchased shafts from both of the following vendors, and they both sell finished arrows.
Wapiti Archery
Addictive Archery
I have seen in person some fine wooden arrows made by Tradgang sponsor Gary Hall (D&M Arrows). He is on the vendor list for Surewood Shafts, which are fantastic shafts. They arrive almost perfectly straight and hold it once finished. Our small hunting group has filled eight whitetail tags, one javelina tag, and zipped one coyote with them the past two seasons.

Lost Nation Archery makes excellent arrows. Great folks to deal with as well.

D & M Custom Arrows. A sponsor on TradGang . Makes great arrows
-
Addictive archery. Andy is a perfectionist at arrow building and the quality is first rate.
-
Lost Nation, Wapiti, Addictive archery all make very good arrows.

Paul Jalon (Elite Arrows) made a set of Sitka Spruce arrows for a 51# Shrew CH. They flew beautifully and looked great. I shot them equally as well out of a 53# Blacktail recurve.
I think they were 53/54 spine. Loved those arrows.
BTW, I sold both of those bows, (‘cause I like to try new bows). I outgrew those arrows in length and put the remaining arrows up for sale here on Tradgang. They went quick!

Elite:Sitka Spruce flew straight stayed straight after a lot of stumping. All twelve flew the same.

Lost Nation - has been my go to and have always received great service and finished product. I've also heard great things about Addictive archery.
-
I would also suggest Addictive Archery, Raptor Archery and Wapiti as I've bought arrows from all of them.

I only buy tapered cedars. Best to give him a call.
