Title: Arrows for Samick Sage Recurve @#45, Bear Montana Longbow @#55, & Shortbow @ #25

I'm new to traditional archery (and archery in general) and I need help knowing the types of arrows I need to get for a Samick Sage Recurve @#45, a Samick Sage Recurve @ #25, a Bear Montana Longbow @#55, & a small Recurve (I don't know the brand, its a smaller bow I bought used) @ #25.

Also, what strings would be recommended for these different bows? They all have strings currently but the smaller/older bow @#25 is pretty old and the string seems a little worn.
