I have been having problems getting my broadheads spinning right or true. Anyone using these, if so I would appreciate any input.
Thanks
Danny J
Danny,
I use the G% ASD and it gets them nice and square. I wish I could find a small lathe though, it would be much more versitile.
Danny, I shot carbons out of my DAS when I had it and had a tough time getting my AXIS to spin true. I typically use a file to square the ends but had a time with these arrows and finally broke down an bought the ASQ and it solved the problem. They are might pricey though. One reason I love my cedars.
Thanks for the input guys. I thought they were a might pricey to for what they do. That is why I thought I would ask before ordering one. There are probably some ole timers with some other methods if they would like to share.
I've got one too, and it's expensive, but worth every penny. Go get ya one.
I second the above. One of the best arrow building tools I own, and worth every penny!...
Thanks for the input guys,
Danny,
I too, have the ASD, and it does work. As this squaring only needs to be done once, if you have a few friends that are into archery, the cost could be spread around.
