Finally have a free weekend to use my St Jude purchase, put some ribeyes on the pitboss pellet grill using the hand forged steak flipper made by Thad Stager’s daughter!!!! So thankful to have won this, and to have someone as young as she is to want to help out a great cause!!!! Thank you both!!!!!  For those wondering, steaks were seasoned with a touch of season salt, and Shifftys Classic and a bit of worstershire for a little marinade
