Vapor Carbonwoods 3000 or Gold Tip 55/75 with 250 grains up front will give you 500 grains give or take on a 30 inch arrow.

Hey Ian, cool name.  Named my oldest boy Ian.  Now here's what I shoot most of the time:
Carbon Express Rebel 4560
They are real durable and very inexpensive. Also they are rather plain which I like, not camo, just grey carbon.  I think they are around 9 grains/inch so it's easier to get the weight up a little.  I also use 100 grain brass inserts up front.

Depending on the overall length, and I'm assuming you'd want at least 30", and how heavy your point you may need a stiffer spine.  I can't remember right now, but if you do a search you can find a carbon express chart on the web.  I think bass pro or cabela's used to have it on their sight.

The real problem I've had is finding these in-stock.  If you decide you'd like to try the Rebel's you can PM me and I'll see if I can track down some places.

Carbon Express Heritage 150. This arrow, cut to 30" with 250g up front will give you over 600g total arrow weight, which is a really good weight IMO!  ;)  Good luck!  :D

You can use any good 2 balde and a 125 grain steel BH insert. I use Magnus and sasquatch heads.
