Back in the day when these bows were in use 1716 and 1816 were the go to shafting with target points. Longer draw archers went with the 1816's. Another option could be a 1913, although they will bend quite easily.

Gold Tip ultra light 700's are nice arrows..

Thanks Roy,
I got a few of my old target bows out today 30-41#@28. I shoot GT Entrada 600's with my hunting bows of 37-40#. My 69" Wing Presentation worked well with those arrows...but I think I'll pick up a dozen 700's for the other ones.

Tippit, that is quite a collection of low poundage bows. They really look nice. Are you a target shooter, or just like to collect attractive bows?

Sam,
I have collected all sorts of bows through the years...mostly hunting bows. But the Golden Age of classic target bows were the most beautiful with all the Rosewood. Now my hunting bows are in the weight of target bow anyway 35-40 pounds. Funny what a the body of 75 dictates what you will be shooting. I'm just about done hunting all but eater size hogs. I have one more Iowa deer tag to punch though.
