Last fall I got a beautiful takedown Destiny longbow from Mike at Wild Horse Creek bow. Pistachio veneers I had found with Bolivian rosewood and Myrtle riser. It is 64" 49# at 28". This immediately became my favorite bow. It is the quietest bow. So after a mishap at work in December I was having trouble with my elbow. I told Mike to make another just like it but lighter. The new one was 43#at 28". It has tiger myrtle veneers with a Cocobolo and tiger myrtle riser. Both of these have a brown beaver tail grip. I can't say enough good things about these bows.
Mike makes a great bow. I have a bunch of them. Beautiful bows.
Nice pair of bows Dan!!
I am glad you are getting some good use out of them, Dan. You need to post photos of your 2 javalena that you shot a couple of weeks ago. You are the man, Dan.

Have a Destiny takedown, quietest bow I have ever owned.Had a doe look at the arrow stuck in ground after it went through her before she moved. These bows like a heavy weight arrow,at least mine does.
Great looking longbows, I have several of Mike's longbows and all shoot great and with excellent craftsmanship.
Mike is a class act all the way around and his bows are top notch. I just ordered another one last week.
Dan, at the rate you've been going, you'll be tagged out by the 2nd week of turkey season with those bows.

Now Darren. You know I can't kill a gobbler with a bow.
Have a Kestrel coming to test drive. Yum!

Does Mike have a catalog? Curious what the options are on a Kestrel and price range.
Zach - I sent you a PM.
