Title: 3 Rivers Archery customer service

 Just want to give a shout out to Nate at 3 Rivers.

I ordered an Ace spine tester and it seemed to have been man handled enough by the shipping company to blow open the side of the box. As a result the weight went on its separate way to never land   

I called they asked for a couple pictures of the box and it’s contents emailed and I did so.
I called the next day to check the progress and Nate looked at what I had sent and by the close of business that day they had a replacement weight on the ups truck headed my way.
Thank you 3 Rivers for your speedy and helpful response
