I just finished processing the photos from my trip to this really great shoot... my third year there. Way too many photos of the high desert and mesa country, the camp and the folks to post here, but if you want to take an armchair trip to the event, here's a link to my photo page:

many thanks to Traditional Bowhunters of WA for putting this shoot on and providing such a great time... and to the wonderful folks I camped and shot with.

Great pics Dick ! Thanks for sharing! Looks like that new Sentman likes you pretty good too.
Thanks Dick for the pics, that's quite diff. from what I'm use to seeing here, very open. Looks like you had fun and thanks again for sharing.
Thanks Dick! I was there Friday night and Saturday. We stopped and looked at the bows you had out, but I did not realize that was you until much later (and looking at your avatar - I was looking for that fancy tent setup). I was the guy constantly chasing after an excited 5 yearold girl! She froze her keaster off the first night, so we had to leave after dinner on Saturday -- Sounds like we missed the snow though!
great pics... i love that area of WA..
Thanks for sharing..........JohnB
Man I would have liked to been there. That is some good looking country.
Great pics Dick, brought my camera and 2 rolls of film and was so busy doing other things never snapped a pic...Paul
thank you for sharing!
great pics,thanks.
Thanks for sharing your trip with us. It's fun to see shoots in other parts of the country. I would like to try a shoot in the wide open spaces like that.
I almost had company on this one. Early in the year, I offered on our Hill list to see if someone wanted to join me... pick up at airport and all camping gear furnished... just bring yourself and archery gear... but no one was able to get it together to come. I thought it would be a fantastic change from the terrain and environment of Eastern shoots. Course, since then, the airlines have become a mess and travel like that just ain't no fun
Thanks for postin' these. I'll be moving to Spokane in the summer and it's good to hear there will be shootin' near by.
Dick it was good seeing you. Except for the wind it was good weather. The snow/rain held off until late Sunday afternoon. Saturday night did get cold, I think it was about 17 degrees. Thanks for posting the pics.

Wow that was some awesome looking terrain...I woulda lost alot of arrows for sure
Losing arrows there is less of a problem than breaking them if a miss winds up in the rocks. My bride and I brought several casualties home that will become grandkid arrows. Its always a great shoot - one we never miss. geat shoot, great friends, great country - what a combo.
Thanks for sharing the pics with us Captain. That Moosejaw sure looks nice, I've been seriously considering ordering one from Gary before he retires. I'll be keeping an eye on your site for any product reports you come up with on that bow.
Deadsmple: I'm tied up something fierce for awhile... a convention i'm responsible for putting on next week and then a trip to Cleveland. It'll be the end of the month before i can get out ot the range and really wring that bow out on a course I'm familiar with. rattle my cage toward the end of the month and I'll give you a direct report.
