Is there anyone , that can make limbs for a take down riser that I own ?

What kind of riser is it

The riser is a black hunter , it came with limbs that made a 60 in bow , I like limbs that make the bow 56 in if possible and 40 to 45 lbs of weight at 28 in draw .
