I had an idea to experiment with the newer vertical bamboo floor boards that we have here in Auz now. With it being so consistant and even I thought I would try it as the main wood in a self bow for the Daughter. It is very plain to look at so I backed it with a bit of Oak for a bit of grain on the back.It has turned out OK so mI will put some pics up.It shoots well and is as quick as the recurve I made her some time ago which has glass in it.
Cheers KIM
