I have use Ferr-L-tite for years, is 24 hour epoxy better for glue ons???? thanks ..marco#78
I use ferr-l-tite as well. I figure epoxy would probably hold the broadhead better and longer, but with ferr-l-tite, it is easy to remove the head when you want to. I have never had a problem with ferr-l-tite when hunting, although I do lose some field points occassionally while target shooting.

J-B weld works good for me.

I use ferr-l-tite on cedar and have not had any problems and you can tweak your broadheads with a little heat to get perfect alignment. That will not be possible with epoxy - once it's on it on. If I were going to add an aluminum adapter then I would consider epoxy.
Thanks guys , well thats what Ive been doing, just checking , if it aint broke , dont fix it.. :) that was easy, Im leaving to fling arras.. :biglaugh:
I have used Ferr-L-Lite for years with no problems. I like a glue that I can just heat a little to adjust them so they spin true. The pressures on an arrow head force them on to the shaft so the only thing the glue does in holds the head in place. Pat
