I recently had a 3pc Silvertip longbow on loan from the Windauer's. I will say it is a fabulous bow, well mannered, fast, smooth and stable. Easily one of the finest bows I have had the pleasure of shooting. The Windauer's are wonderful people to deal with as well. Here are some pics:

Yep, that sure is a beauty for sure!
I second what you said about Dave & Beth - great people and an absolute pleasure to deal with! Dave does some amazing work with wood!

Bjorn, I tried the 1pc last year, great bow but this 3pc has it all. That is, of course, subjective to what you like in a bow.
Leopard, how are you liking that Wolverine?

Anvil,

I'm loving the Wolverine! It's almost like the bow was built just for me! :D It draws really smooth, and really throws an arrow! I absolutely love it! Dave does some amazing work! ;) :thumbsup:

It was 64" 57#@28. Rosewood Dymondwood riser, actionwood limbs with bocote veneers and checkered grip.

Just picked up a Silvertip Recurve 62" 70#
Its amazing how it shoots
