Title: VHT wheel paint/Dupli-Color
Post by: Mad Max on June 02, 2020, 01:59:56 PM
All I could find in VHT was Flame Proof satin clear , not wheel paint. Has anybody used this????
And I think the Dupli-Color Wheel matte clear coat is the same as the VHT wheel paint?????????
Thanks

The usage instructions for the duplicolor and VHT are identical.  Gotta be coming out of the same factory.   I can buy VHT at Autozone and Duplicolor at O'Reilly.  Couple days ago I switched in midbow when the Duplicolor ran out.   It worked out just fine.   It's a good alternative for guys who don't build enough bows to justify the fancy schmancy systems.

Found by trial and error, wanted a rattle can finish that worked in oily woods . Haven’t had any probs with it so still use it.

Not nuff bows built here to have a spray booth.
