Can anyone recommend a quality leather side quiver ? I am looking for a 4 or 6 arrow quiver that will allow me to lock in the arrows, I don't want them loose in a quiver. Thanks in advance.....Gary

Check out the Shrew Scout Quiver, they are made for right hand, or left hand with individual arrow grippers. Very good quality, and you can slide it off your side and up your back as you are stalking through brush, or whatever is in your way, and is very quiet.

I just found that one, I have seen one called a Powderhorn, looks very good. Maybe they are out of business, can't get them to respond.

Selway makes an excellent one. I used one for years and really liked it. Still use one for 3d's and it works very well even for stalking.

Is that a hip quiver ? I am looking for a side quiver that you sling over the shoulder

This is my hunting quiver. I made it with an old Selway bow quiver. I mounter the hood and arrow holder to a slat of ash(snake skin optional) and added a shoulder strap. I keep a fletch cover wrapped around the slat when not in use.
If you have an old bow quiver you aren't using this is an option for you.

I do have an old quiver and that looks like a great option. Thanks!

Marksman quivers makes an excellent side quiver.

I also use a leather Side Stalker style quiver for target and 3D shooting but for hunting the GFA style works best. It holds each arrow securely and quietly and it can be carried behind or tucked under my arm while slipping through brush.

Check with Ted @ Raptor Archery, he has a really nice side quiver. Scott.

I decided to go with the stalker from Cedar ridge leathers, thanks for all the help.....Gary
