Title: Shout out to American Leathers

I like to sing the praises of good traditional companies and especially those who are sponsors of Tradgang.  I’ve had an American leathers Bison crossover glove for many years now. It’s starting to get worn and has a little bit of a groove and I figured it’s time to replace. I went online and placed an order and in the comment section I noted a couple of measurements of my current size glove. An hour or so later I received an e-mail asking if I’d like the glove made with the same specs (spelled out-large finger stalls, extra large body and two XL wrist stap) as the last glove I ordered years ago.  It’s just really refreshing to know they keep track of things better than me.  Great products and as I’ve noted above and beyond service.  Buy with confidence from this Tradgang sponsor.

A couple years ago I noticed that the full shot glove was no longer llisted..... I called to inquire and they told me that they'd make one up send it to me!  That's customer service!

I had them replace the finger stalls on my crossover glove. It only took a week between when I sent it out and got it back. Excellent service!

How much was it to get the stalls replaced? I love my bigshot buffalo but they seem to develop really bad string grooves after only a couple of months.

Several years ago I ordered a Crossover glove that is with me today.   

Beware:  There are a few vendors online (amazon, etc) that are offering substandard "knockoffs"

Don't go there...visit American Leathers directly...

My size large American Leathers glove was perfect but the wrist strap was a little short and if I moved up to a size xl  the finger stalls were to big.  I called John to order another glove. He listened to my problem and recommended a solution. Within days I had a new xl glove  with fingers double stitched to fit my size large fingers.  You just don't get better customer service than that.

Once I get my new glove I’ll send my old one in for finger stall replacement.  You should always have a backup anyway.😉
