Title: Limb work help

they have got goobers all along the sides,

best way to get them off?

Ive got a belt sander, My disk sander on the belt sander is NON-funtional
or
Hand sanding ?

I do mine on the belt set up on the Rigid. Secret is to keep it moving and take your time.

Post by: Crooked Stic on November 01, 2019, 01:35:29 PM: I remember a guy named Hera several years back that did a whole TD with hand saw rasps and sand paper. Even hand rubbed the finish with a mix of petroleum jelly and super glue.

Post by: Forwardhandle on November 01, 2019, 03:51:22 PM: I profiled one a while back using a cabinet makers rasp , file and jap saw including sight window worked good for the middle of the night not making noise and didnt take long but be careful work glass to wood like was said !
