Title: Border ILF Hex-8s

i have a set of hex-8s that are giving me fits.  I can't get them to balance no matter what I do.  The lower limb turns over before the top even when I have a 3/8" difference in tiller.  I have 3 sets of limbs from other makers. [Hoyt, PSE, and Tradtech] they all work fine on my riser.  Any help would be great.

Are these limbs new and first hand?
If so you can send them back and ask for replacement.

Try them upside down. Maybe they are marked wrong.
