I have been asked this a few times.
I guess for myself, the only thing left is an elk.
What's in your trad bucket list?
-
Mountain goat
-
I just checked off both an Alaska moose and caribou hunt. Now I just need to take one of was his!! [ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

Probably a Moose or a Alberta Whitetail for me.

At this point in my “trad career” I’d be happy with a whitetail, a squirrel, or pretty much anything on four legs. :biglaugh:
Seriously though, I would like to go after moose and elk one day. If nothing else for the location and adventure.
-
To pass it on to someone else.
Moose and caribou.
-
I have a big bucket. LOL Hunt anything in Alaska, and go back to Africa
-
Moose and a hog
-
I would be just happy to kill a deer..........
-
Moose but it's not something I'll ever afford to do.
Whitetail and pig are good enough quarry for me. I sure do like reading the stories of others adventures though.

My bucket list includes many many hunts, but my dreams are infinitely bigger than my wallet.
Caribou, moose, black bear, brown bear, bighorn sheep, bison, antelope, mule deer, elk, javelina, hogs, mountain goat, turkey, and all the small game and fish available at those locations
-
Wild Boar but it needs to be DIY.
-
Whitetail
-
Bighorn, Mountain Goat,
-
A clean, ethical and fair-chase kill on any animal I get the opportunity to hunt........Yukon Moose would be nice!
:goldtooth:
-
First, would be to get land I can hunt whenever. Then; Moose, Mountain goat, Bighorn.
-
Alaskan Brown Bear or Big Horn sheep.
-
I don’t hunt anymore due to a bunch of ailments and right now I’m looking after my elderly parents. But I have always wanted to visit the site of my favorite Fred Bear hunt “Jims first Moose”
The Cedar river “jumpover” at the north end of Lake Wabaskang where Fred and Jim Henderson camped is much more accessible now than in 1946 and still looks undeveloped on Google Earth.
It would be fun to see it. Maybe shoot a few stumps, cast a few lures...
-
A nap in the woods on a nice October day.
-
An upper class whitetail and javelina
-
to get overandunder a bear then work on his whitetail problem :biglaugh:
-
Since I was the first responder I’ll clarify my bucket list.
Goat is top of mind but given I’ve only taken whitetails my list would be stone sheep, goat, elk, mule deer. Not asking for a lot here?!
-
I'm going to add, a whitetail with a longbow.
Every deer I have shot has been with a recurve.
-
KUIU jacket - so I can look cool like son (also to match my pants).
-
I have a large list of African game I still need to shoot. Here, an elk would probably top my list. A whitetail over 140” would also be right there at the top. I would say moose, but doubt it is a hunt I will ever get to do.

As of right now a nice buck with my recurve is at the top. After that though, it's woodland caribou, kodiak brown bear, dall sheep, pronghorn, muskox, mule deer, Yukon moose, and maybe some African species.
-
Pavan, u got the best idea brother.
-
An African hunt is mine I keep telling my wife and she just doesn't see it like I do . I would like a Gemsbok , a wildebeest and a horse in pajamas. I seen a gemsbok at close range in Texas behind a high fence and man what a cool animal, very beautiful .
-
I have shot nothing but trad for 38 years and have been blessed to have harvested some great animals. Would like to hunt Brown Bear some day.
-
Australian Buffalo
-
Pine; goes without saying that all bucket list is with a longbow. ;-)

Red Stag in New Zealand
