Spent some time this evening shooting my spectacular swap bow that Dannon built for me. I'm looking for the right arrow for it. As bare shafts these are showing nock left a little with a 125gr point. I would like to work up to a 150gr. They are also a little noisy so I think it will need the extra weight. If I remember correctly I need to try a stiffer arrow.
Shoots good groups through. What are the chances of blowing TWO nocks off of arrows already in the target with one shot!

Awesome Keith! Glad you like it! It was definitely a learning experience for since it was my first takedown and only my fourth bow. Glad you could be my guinea pig.

Can I be your next guinea pig? 😁

I'll send you my address to mail the bribery booze...

:biglaugh: I’d have to deliver it myself. I’m not sure I can mail it.

Holy Moley! I can see how that could get expensive. I thought cedar was spendy at $30. a dozen. Those carbon arrows are $50. for 6!! :o Hope you guys are finding some deals out there. I'm going to stick with the wood I can collect for free. Call me El Cheapo.
