Title: New to me Crow Creek Black Feather
Post by: vermonster13 on April 06, 2008, 02:51:00 PM
62" 48@28 and fast. This one liked the same Axis 400s I was shooting on my new Bear limbs that are 6#s heavier. Enjoy!

sweet bow.....curious to hear how you got the axis 400 to shoot out of it. I though that would be too stiff. A lot of weight upfront?

100 grain inserts, 200 grain field tips, 5 grain adapter, and 29"+ draw. Bow is also cut a bit past center.

I gotta try one of those bows. They got the looks to go along with performance.

I like that Bow Dave! The only thing I would change is a greyactionwood riser and black glass on the limbs. LOL. Good luck with her she's a beauty. Show us how she groups.

Looks like a screamer there Dave! Got her dialed in? You going to Denton Hill this year? Sure would like to launch a couple with that bow. I promise, I'll hand her back. looks like one of the few LB's I might have half a chance of shooting decently. Sweet looker there!

Great looking bow. What kind of mass weight do those bows have? Is it similar to a T/D recurve?

Well, that is a most generous offer! But, you see, I'm honeymooning, and I want to focus on The Magic Bow.

Ahhh, come on Dave. B-more ain't THAT far away...

Besides, you can stand next to the backstops and charge admission to strangers to shoot your bow to help offset those ongoing bow tuning expense's...

You all can come up to Vermont and shoot the whole load. Got a few I know you haven't shot before and only but two other folks ever have.    ;)
