fess up, roy - you didn't shoot them arras into that target, you pushed 'em in!
Actually, I was trying out a new bow quiver I designed.
When I tripped and fell, all the arrows stuck in there like that.
Honest...
LOL

:biglaugh: THERE WAS a gent on here come time back at a big shoot and folks were taking turns watchin over the kids shooting...this gent went out to shoot a course leaving his boy there with some other adults. When he got back, the kid had a great group... Dad asks, "how'd you shoot that well?" Kid smiles and says, "Simple, Dad, I just kept pulling the ones that weren't great and reshooting them till they were great!"
I'll never forget that...kids! Gotta love how they think! :goldtooth:
Ah, maybe that's what Rob did?
Either way....... great shooting Rob
:archer:
I like those arrows too Rob. Look like they mean business but I'm sure I'd lose em in the woods.
Rob those feathers look eight inches! That just an illusion? Nice group.
Lookin good!
Good group!
Sending plenty of arrows downrange has served to alleviate the pangs of the summer doldrums.
Pigs can be arranged....they have before :biglaugh:
Nice pic, thanks for sharing.... and cool arrows
One of these excelsior bales is 50 years old this year... really don't know which one? The other two were snagged prolly 30 or so years ago. This, unretouched pic is today @20 yds... practice to go to shoot with one of my sons. He's a Hoyt boy,I'm shooting 2215's out of a Bob Lee TD longbow...... long story. My sons asked me what I wanted for the big 6 0 b'day. First thing that popped into my pea brain was a BL. I'd shot one of their first years ago.... my shooting/touring partner ( may he RIP) was a BL dealer and consequently was privy to every new trad bow to hit the mkt....yadayada.
Rob hooked me up.... this poor bow has been drug around, unmercifully on the toughest 3D action out there and just keeps getting better. I had some issues,Rob and crew were over the top in addressing the issue.... positively no complaints, but I chose to leave it,"as delivered" and couldn't be happier. Saving lunch money for another... sorry for the derail but...
Wow Roy, U R da Man! So many different arrows, with such differing penetration depths, at varying entry angles, and from the way the nocks are pointing down you must have been laying on you back when you shot them.
I wanna be like Mike, ah, I mean Roy :notworthy:
That's good shooting all the way around. ..... even if the bad ones were pulled and reshot!
Good story Doc!
I'm with blacktailbob on this....... Rob, I'd lose those arrows as soon as they left the bow!
Looks like that Big 5 is treating you well! Ready for pigs, deer, turkey....whatever comes your way... :archer2:
The only problem with that big 5 is it doesn't have blood on it...... You know I can fix that.... Let's make a date Rob we need to we are overdue.
Roy, how did the holes get in that fire extinguisher?

Did I miss something?
Yes, that Tony Van Dort was shooting here one time and he kept hitting low right..
Looks like a fire extinguisher took a few :scared: :biglaugh:
