I don't Ebay, and neither does the Sponsor that contacted me....so I really wouldn't know how to go about filling a complaint with them....but I can do my part here.

American Leathers contacted me about someone using their company name as well as their product name.  They are selling cheap knock offs of Big Shot gloves that are very cheaply made.

If anyone wants...please feel free to report this to Ebay....I don't even have an account.

And if anyone wants to help get the word out, please do so and pass it along.

Ebay customer service has always been very helpful for my issues.
Never had any identity theft issues though.

They just emailed me he was out if the UK...having their gloves made in Pakistan...

I would say that's him!

That is one of the reasons I have never been a fan of EBAY. Fortunately, most of my archery stuff is easily obtainable from our sponsors or major distributors.

Already done.  I went thru the process to buy to see what would happen and they even charge sales tax.  :dunno:  Obviously I didn't buy.

I looked them up on eBay and filed a complaint. I like American Leathers and I hate liars and thieves.

Only found 3 items in question.  15 pages of stuff with no other brand names or copyright infringement.
Hope eBay does the right thing.  Only the best of people in these woods

John the person I listed above from UK doesn't seem to have their big shot glove on ebay as of now. Looks like all the reports might have worked for now to have then removed.
This is the other one I mentioned to you on the phone yesterday that seemed to be coping you. Slight difference in the outter design but same glove and name. Is this one OK or not?

Hi, yes we see that one - using the Big Shot name, but doesn't mention American Leathers.  As far as we know, that one's OK - seller Allnesinc   John T
