This little crack/blemish showed up in two of my string grooves after about a 100 shots is when i noticed them. They may have been there before but i had not noticed. Anyways i had been shooting a D97 string but saw these little guys and got scared so i went in made a B50. I'm not sure if it's from the string/design flaw/ bad spot in the glass, etc. [ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

I wouldn’t be concerned....yet.
I would say the corners of your glass need rounded off more. If the corners are too sharp it will put pressure on the glass and also cause premature string wear.
I would file/sand to remove the blemish before shooting any more. You don’t want the cracks to get any worse.
Check your string with the bow braced. You want the string to “roll” around the grooves. Not bend with sharp angles.

I would file those grooves in more to the center of the limb. The wood underneath the glass has compressed causing the small crack. Looks like you could file past the crack. What angle is your groove. I take 80 grit emery cloth.Rip off a piece about 3/8 and roll it up round and finish those grooves. then the same with 320 grit to smooth out.
