Title: Where to find flame crester template

Would like to play around with a flame crester template.  The one I saw a while back was made by Shriver Arm guards but their website has been down for a long time.  Let me know if you have any idea where I could find some.  Here is a video of something I am after.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uco4S5BMqdA

I googled the heck out of it and came up blank. Perhaps trying to cut your own out of thin plastic or tin.
