Post by: buckeyebowhunter on March 26, 2019, 08:41:39 PM
Hey guys getting ready to glue alignment pins and threaded insert for limb bolts into my riser. Any suggestions on what epoxy to use for these?

EA-40 should work fine and every bowyer seems to have some. T-88 would also work. JB weld makes some metal to wood epoxy you could get at the hardware store. I use JB quick to put threaded brass inserts for  bindings in wood/composite skis. Never had one rip out.

I use a two part epoxy for the inserts and pins. Seems to work ok so far.

Isn't MT-13 white?
