Title: FOC, POC?

O.K. I guess i'm not gonna learn if I dont ask. What does FOC and POC stand for when talking about arrows? I'm new to this traditional thing so be easy on me.

foc is front of center or forward of center usually talking about point weight and poc is port orford cedar.

Thanks mjc, I had an idea what  FOC was but I couldn't figure out what poc was.
