Hello all,
Here are some links to pictures of my new 56" Whisperstik recurve. This is a really nice little bow. Ebony limbs with Pau Ferro veneers over walnut cores. Jim was great to deal with and shaped a slightly different grip from his regular bows for me.
This bow draws super smooth and is nice and quiet. Workmanship is top notch. In terms of performance, the bow is 41@28 and I draw 26ish. I have been paper tuning and 60-65 pine shafts cut to 28.5 to the back of the point are almost perfect bullet holes, in short the performance is amazing.
If you are a fan of fifties style recurves you should take a look at Jim's bows. If you are a fan of quiet recurves you should also take a look.
