Oh, the groundhog day is a kinda silly notion that if the pig sees his shadow, there will be 6 more weeks of winter.  Never works, always  6 more weeks of winter... :biglaugh:

Its the Folklore that makes it a traditional kind of nothing day,  been outside drinking hot apple cider gets people together.  These days we are to glued to the computer monitor.

I grew up about 16 miles from where the legendary Punxsutawney Phil pops out on February 2.  Occasionally he bites the crap out of his handlers when they drag him from his hole.
