Do you mean aside from making a plywood form based on your own design or the copy of a bow you own?

Bingham  has plans and a video on form building.  Actually the dvd's on both longbows and each recurve video (one piece and three piece take down ) has a section on building the form and hot box or bow oven.

This is the the link to Jason Westbrock's Build along titled "Anatomy of a Carp Bow"  Its well worth taking a look at.

And definetly the stickbow link is a great read.

I thought there was a build along on here by 4nolz on building a form with a metal top.  jst cant find it.  Although it could have been in Bowyer's Journal.

Good Luck , Jack
