the limb on the right is too stiff above the handle
to just short of mid limb steve
What Steve said. Also, the left limb is bending a little too much about six-eight inches from the fades. Here is a graphic that might help:

I'm very new to this, just made my first osage selfbow, first bow altogether really, but I got a good shooter out of OJAM this weekend and got alot of good advise and help. Get a 6 inch scale or something that is around 6 inches and flat. Pull it down and hook it and use the scale to find your flat spots. Remember to not take off to much at the tips or just past the fades, or anywhere really. Go slow and try not to take off too much at a time. Hope this newbie advise helps.
Thanks for the help.. Joe
and exercise the limbs alot after each scraping.
Dang, Walt! That is good!
